I’m from the Montreal area and am now working as a head nurse in Varennes, Quebec. I worked with MSF in the Democratic Republic of Congo (North Kivu, Rutshurum) where I was a managing nurse in charge of the hospital for all the nursing, training and recruiting.
I think of myself as Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw and have been borrowing shoes from Rose, a Congolese nurse who is helping me realize this.
