I grew up in Montreal and London and have worked in PR, HR and logistics with several organizations such as Amnesty International, the United Way and MSF. I am currently on my first mission with MSF as a field logistician in northern Nigeria.
I was once asked in an airport what I do and answered “I work for Doctors Without Borders”. I was told that we should consider performing plastic surgery in the countries we work in because “just because they’re poor, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t get Botox in those countries”…true story!
